For today’s Comfort at One, we bring you the “From Subway to Success” story of the mold-breaking composer Andy Akiho from our 2016 Subway Series at Concerts at One. Akiho is an eclectic composer and performer of contemporary classical music who spent time busking on the subways with his primary instrument—the steel drum.

This performance is from Bach at One on February 24, 2018, the week the St. Paul’s Chapel Noack three-manual pipe organ was inaugurated.
