2021 Weekend Online Retreats
These retreats are free and registration is not required; retreats stream on the Trinity Retreat Center Facebook page.
These weekend retreats offer a time to pray, reflect, make space for grace, and listen to the voice of God. Each retreat’s guide will encourage us to open our hearts to God through prayer. We encourage you to tune in during the weekend and mark additional time throughout the week following each retreat for personal prayer, reflection, and journaling. These are opportunities for going deeper with your spiritual practices.
May 14, 8pm; May 15, 10am, 2pm, and 8pm; and May 16, 4pm on Facebook Live with Joseph Rose, an Episcopal seminarian, and Executive Director of Visitor Experience at Trinity Retreat Center
Birds play an inspiring role in God’s creation. A dove carrying a fig branch signaled the end of the Genesis flood. In Psalm 104, “they sing among the branches.” Jesus encourages us to “look at the birds of the air.” Spend a spring weekend with a symphony of bird songs in the Trinity Forest to reflect on our call to be faithful stewards of God’s creation, to reflect on scripture, and to meditate on St. Francis of Assisi’s “Sermon to the Birds.” Led by Joseph Rose, an Episcopal seminarian and Executive Director of Visitor Experience at Trinity Retreat Center, this free online Facebook Live retreat is open to all.
