Trinity offers a variety of resources and high-quality programs for our community—residents and visitors of all ages and backgrounds. While in-person activities are suspended due to the coronavirus, we are offering a number of online classes and events, including fitness classes, midday talks, and more.
To address the mental health challenges brought by the pandemic and structural racism in our City, the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is providing free virtual presentations to our Trinity community in self-care, coping skills, and ways to build individual and community resilience. Join us for a one-hour workshop at 11:30am EDT on the first Tuesday or at 6:30pm EDT on the third Tuesday of every month.
Trinity Commons, in partnership with the Psychotherapy and Spirituality Institute, is offering Well-Being workshops facilitated by Julia Kristeller, MEd, of PSI. These workshops will focus on personal growth and healing of the mind, body, and spirit through nature, yoga, and creative art expression. The Way of Words & Images: Journaling Through Transitions, Resilience & Hope begins on October 20, Spirit Masks: Celebrating Our Hidden Selves on October 21, and Seeing and Seeking The Light in the Darkness on December 8.
