Sunday Sermon, The Rev. Phillip A. Jackson: "Examine. Prepare. Wait. Repeat."

We might paraphrase today’s Gospel message as “The Lord is coming; get yourself together!” But how do we do that, exactly? Father Phil offers some helpful clues: Live a life of continuous self-examination; remember that the story is about God, not about us; always seek peace; and view your existence from the vantage point of eternity, “because that’s how God is looking at it.”
