Sunday Sermon, The Rev. Phillip A. Jackson "Unity and Division"

“We are as fractured and as divided as I’ve certainly seen in my lifetime. We can’t agree on anything.” The Rev. Phillip Jackson points out something that we’ve all noticed, that we are increasingly a society marked by division, outrage, and judgment. As its core, Father Phil says, this is a spiritual issue and he offers us some guidance, borrowing from the Trappist monk, theologian, and mystic Thomas Merton.
