A Season of Creation

Priests from Trinity Church Wall Street blessed animals in early October to celebrate the feast of St. Francis of Assisi, and to kick off a three-week observance of a Season of Creation. The season is often a way to divide the long Season after Pentecost to concentrate on specific themes, and Trinity will emphasize creation care in its Sunday worship through October 20.
