The essence of yoga is not just postures on the mat. These sessions will include simple 1-10 minute practices from waking to sleeping including sitting, standing, walking, eating, stretching, sensing, computer time, and yes simple breathing. Learn how to practice ways to care for yourself and your well-being throughout your day. Facilitated by Julia Kristeller, MEd of the Psychotherapy & Spirituality Institute.
