Retreat: God and the Cosmos
Spend the weekend of the Perseids Meteor Shower watching the ocean of stars above West Cornwall and exploring time, space, and the universe through the dual lenses of science and the Abrahamic faiths of Christianity, Judaism and Islam. Astronomers will lead a star-watching party. The weekend also features music, art, lectures, and contemplative prayer exploring how we can ponder our cosmic dance with the Divine, not only in the skies above but also in our neighborhoods.
Led by Joseph Rose, an Episcopal seminarian at Yale Divinity School and Executive Director of Visitor Experience at Trinity Retreat Center and featuring Summerlee Staten, Trinity's Executive Director of Faith Formation and Education. This retreat is suitable for individuals and families, including children of all ages.
Currently limited to 25 people and FULLY BOOKED. More spaces may open up as public health guidelines allow.
