To be the Body of Christ is to be part of spiritual community that is concerned with mind, body, and soul. Join the Rt. Rev. Jennifer Baskerville-Burrows, Bishop of the Diocese of Indianapolis and a former Trinity parishioner, as we reflect on how congregations, small groups, and other communities create and sustain deep belonging using movement for spiritual health.

Using ancient and contemporary texts for reflection and the beautiful landscape of Trinity Retreat Center as the setting for movement, participants are invited to bring their whole selves to this retreat. Note: participants will be invited to engage the kind of movement that is best for them. Options will include seated stretches, short walks, and slow runs at conversational pace. All bodies are welcome.
