Add to Calendar 2023-09-17 1:00 PM 2023-09-17 4:00 PM America/New_York March to End Fossil Fuels

Join Trinity’s parishioner-led Environmental Justice Ministry to take action on the climate crisis.

Environmental catastrophe and devastation are on the rise across the globe. It has never been a more urgent time to stop our dependence on the leading cause of these manifold crises. As people of faith and conscience, our values call us into action to protect our communities and all life on Earth by ending the era of fossil fuels.

In New York this September, the United Nations will gather world leaders for a first-of-its-kind Climate Ambition Summit to demand that nations stop developing new oil, gas, and coal projects and begin phasing out fossil fuels once and for all. The weekend before, thousands will march in New York City to demand that President Biden take bold action.
