The Meaning of Social Justice

Trinity Church Wall Street has identified its Core Values as Faith, Integrity, Inclusiveness, Compassion, Social Justice, and Stewardship. Although we hear the term Social Justice frequently in the United States, the Rev. Winnie Varghese reminds us that, in other places or in past eras, the word “social” to describe justice would have been considered redundant.
