The negative effects of the pandemic on vulnerable populations, such as immigrants and those who are incarcerated or in detention centers, have compounded over the past year, presenting unique challenges for advocacy groups. Hear from two organizations on the front lines, Immigration Equality and Translatinx Network, that have fought for the right of LGBTQ+ people throughout the COVID-19 crisis and have recently succeeded in securing major policy changes to Title 42 and the Immigration and Nationality Act.
