Trinity Commons Knowledge Bites offer accessible and engaging conversations and learning opportunities through one-hour webinars on a range of topics, such as parenting, stress management, education, mindfulness, and well-being with speakers from Pace University. To address the mental health challenges brought by the pandemic and structural racism in our City, the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is providing free virtual presentations to our Trinity community in self-care, coping skills, and ways to build individual and community resilience. Join us for a one-hour workshop at 11:30am EDT on the first Tuesday or at 6:30pm EDT on the third Tuesday of every month.
Trinity Commons, in partnership with the Psychotherapy and Spirituality Institute, is offering Well-Being workshops facilitated by Julia Kristeller, MEd, of PSI. These workshops will focus on personal growth and healing of the mind, body, and spirit through nature, yoga, and creative art expression. Yoga Off the Mat was March 8-April 26; Signs of Spring and Tuning into the Healing Power of Nature happened April 21; and The Way of Words & Images: Creative & Spiritual Journaling workshops will begin May 12.
